This 104-106 k is wasting time promotion lo ... Why not make it simple just to tell buyer that we only bid up to XX AMOUNT and prepare to TOP up if COE over XX AMOUNT .

Cuz it is a sale tactic. People see the promo, they feel like buying a car already. Keep waiting to get a COE, wait for a few rounds of bidding, they wait for the car until it becomes something they really want. So when SE ask them to top up, some will just give in to temptation and top up a few thousand. They forgot about original promo price. They only remember that they want the car and just by topping up this few thousand, they will get it.

If COE crashes, they earn cuz all these orders will get their COE and the people who ordered will get their car and the SE earn their commissions. If COE maintain, some will top up to get the COE and they still get a steady stream of sales.

Hi all ,

Me too book $105k.after two bidding SE keep asking me to top up.

But I reject.cos my Coe will end next year dec .still got time for me.

In exact situation as u, unwilling to top up so have to be at their mercy. If can't get the next 4 bids will just drive current car until next Dec. Edited by Rosicky

We made a booking @106k hopefully we can get the coe soon as we hear that over 100 plus deposit was refunded recently. They only offered 1 yr free service not 3 yr like the sienta. Hmm...

Then the buyer won't be tempted to come in.. some will only see the 104k part, and not hear anything or do their sums on the top up. When they are asked to top up, some will quietly do so because they really need the car, and others will hold out.. I guess the 100 plus refunds are from buyers who refuse to top up..

Either way, BM wins.

Even at 104 + 3 or 4k, it's still a good deal.

Just curious...why not buy from PI at 105K w/gtd COE?
Because during every new COE bidding excecise,  you have to guess whether you will get your COE.

I bought my Vios and Altis from BM, only last year I decided to switch to PI because they promised to deliver the car within 2 weeks and I got it in 10days. :a-happy:

Hup Long...Leather seat + Reverse Camera + iRoad V7.

70K Free servicing must negotiate and list in the sales agreement.

Because with pi there are lots of terms and conditions. And virtually no warranty. Try claiming and they will tell you it's wear and tear. Also you get the low spec wish. By has the highest spec with rear brake disc.

I thought BM should have more terms and conditions. I remember the sales agreement signed with BM when I bought my Vios with them is more than 10 pages as compare to PI is a few.

I think Toyota Wish is a good MPV and should have nothing to claim. Not to forget, last year best selling car is Honda Vevel and are from PI. And is the PI whom brought in Wish 10 years ago.

PI will tell you it's wear and tear but BM will tell you is common problem and they can't do anything. haha.

Just to share with you, my cousin bought a Camry 2.0 from BM and the idleing is too low around 500-700RPM. Somethimes the engine died during stationary at traffic junction. Brought back to Leng Kee and Ubi for severval check and the technician reset the tuning.

After a few weeks, same problem again. The technician told him they can't do anything because is default setting. My cousin sold the camry less than a year. Luckily my Vios and

Talking a the spec, PI Wish is using new gear box 7 speed CVT-i compare to BM Wish is only CVT except for the rear brake disc.

Anyway, this is just my thought. When I buy something, I like to have it fast.

Good Luck!! [smash]

In fact, I will minimize my carbon footprint by using only a single mobile device for work n leisure if possible. Same for home appliances; less is more. Since stuffs up lorry faster, no point buying so many stuffs or high end ones.

BM wish got buttons on the steering to control the HU while PI wish dun have... this is a feature that must have bcos my previous ride has it....

Another question is will PI allows you to test drive the Wish without committing the purchase.... if dun test drive how will you compare between the CVT and CVT-i. AD allow you to test drive without any obligations...

My 2 cents worth opinion. Thanks.
