Toyota wish queries

Out of curiosity, anyone modded their Toyota Wish to have the Pioneer infotainment device so they have Apple CarPlay in their ride?

Everything's perfect about the Toyota Wish except the fact that it doesn't have the Apple CarPlay (at least for me...).

Mine is a 2007 Wish, FC is about 11-12 km/l. Mostly travelling on expressways.

I'm using 10w50 engine oil as this is a 10 year old car.

Am I doing the right thing?

Hi all,

Just want to get a rough feel for those of us bros driving Toyota Wish (regardless of 1st gen or 2nd gen wish), what octane you pump regularly in SG?

92?

95?

98?

V-power?

IIRC, our Wish manual states minimum RON 91.

Thanks!

used to drive Gen1 - use 92 - OK

now driving Gen 2 - use 95 - also OK.  Feel the Gen 2 seems to be more powerful but it could be myself only

First 4 months of my Gen2, I pump 95.

Then hands itchy, pumped 98 for few tanks.

(head power feel no difference, butt power maybe got difference)

Toying with idea to pump v-power, but like overkill, throwing money into drain like that.

(Not as if our Wish is a turbo or a NA high CC car hor)
