I dont know how true when the ADs say the high prices has kept car buyers away from the showroom.

 

But today.....the COE will chiong all the way to $100k.

The COE quota cut announcement is imminent. Reportedly, it will be substantial for this round (and the next too..). A rise in price for COEs is certain till a steady state of demand/supply is achieved. Any slight dip every now and then would not be a true representation of actual market reaction but, more likely, influenences by other less sustainable factors.

The COE price should be slowly stabilizing for the moment. It will stabilize further when the next cut is announced and the traditional car-buying season is over.

the COE will still maintain for the next 3 months. probably around april, i suspect the COE will ease abit. if heng heng can try a fluke $1 COE

Indeed nowadays all need not to be at showroom...hahaha....

 

But I predict that this month both COEs will maintain or increase slightly alittle, as Feb's quota is gonna reduced again.....then there will be a difference again.

 

Last time, when coming to CNY, COE drops.....now CNY coming....all increase.....where on the hell singapore can find price drop except clear stock discount, warehouse sale.....petrol +, PUB +, GST +, COE +, makan +........where is -???????

Those who hold off waiting for COE to come down will be dreaming.

The impending quota cut, will NEVER allow the COE to drop.

Best is to buy now....and thank sky you got the cheap $70k COE today, rather than $100k COE after march!!

Correct, either buy now nor dun buy liao. COE will never come down below $35K mark at least for the next 2-3 yrs.
