Blackwind Neutral Newbie January 1, 2011 Author Share January 1, 2011 (edited) some qtn for the experts: health concerns over use of non-stick pans? i usually use those cleaned potatoes... is it ok not to peel of the potato's skin? most recommend me to use spagetti... is it very different from those chinese noodles... or can they be used interchangeably? for white radish must i slice away the outer most layer or can it be cooked straight away after giving it a good wash? Kspchew 2nd Gear January 1, 2011 Share January 1, 2011 should not be any health issues with non stick frying pan, go for those with teflon platinum series. Usually, I change them on a yearly basis. As for potatoes, give them a good brush to get rid of the muds, no problem taking it together with the skins, if fact there are more nutrients in the skin. As with potatoes, give the radish a good brush, no need specifically to remove the outer layer.
GLZT 6th Gear January 1, 2011 Share January 1, 2011 Remember to remove those buds on the potato, those are unhealthy.

Remember to keep stirring 5) Add in the kimchi and the kimchi juice. How much is up to you 6) Mix all the contents well till the rice turns slightly orange 7) Add a bit of soya sauce. Salt and pepper to test 8) Makan time in the pic... altivo's kimchi fried rice looks: 10/10 taste: 11/10 this is the most awesome meal ive ever made! but i think i put to much kimchi inside.... i just poured the whole bottle(400g) of kimchi into the wok for a meal for 3.... maybe next time i will use half the bottle
