there is a stall selling hokkien mee at the corner of simon road, anyone knows if it is opened during weekends?

thanks for the reply, ya i was based in simon road camp last time and have this for dinner quite often when i have to stay in. almost forgot about this until a fren talked about ti last week. do you know the opening hours for the stall on sat and sunday?

Agree. But that allows you to order the fried oyster (damn oily but best i've ever had), satay and ngoh hiong as well! So its actually just about right! [;)]

Yes, the oyster omelete is damn oily but really the best. Not too soggy and not overly crispy [thumbsup]

 

IMO, Hokien Mee standard seems to have dropped in recent years

 

heard its no longer cooked by the old man but by his son?

Its the one at the small kopitiam by the corner or the punggol nasi that koptiam? I suppose the small one?

 

its the smaller kopi tiam, right beside the simon road, different from the punggol nasi lemak kopi tiam
