it's a off-peak civic FD4 looks .. i think driver workin around changi airport .. cause got one was over taken by him/her while I travellin 140-150 km/h at TPE towards sengkang

but tis FD had no obvious mob no spoiler no big xhaust but seems so smooth

not like some car with huge spoiler huge muffler full body kit SUPER LOUD xhaust but slow

You don't need any modifications on most 1.6L cars to hit those speeds. Even my lao pok 1.6L can do it... It's just a matter of how much one treasures his/her licence.
