do you provide short term foreign workers for about 3-5 mths and it's for those low levels jobs like construction sector.

there is a scheme on short-term passes, maximum up to 60 days.

but i think for construction sector is not included.

to be honest, for a period of 3-5 months of construction job, i would suggest you to hire locally (SG/MY) instead?

 

maybe you want to give MOM a call to see if they can help you in a way or another.

another way is to "borrow" the heads from the main con.

it's a small project, so probably looking for low cost workers from Bangladesh(around 2 pax).

1 agency advised to look for MOM as well as they are some illegal workers who was caught by them, so MOM will outsource them out for short term work so they can earn enough money to buy their own air ticket home.(not sure how true is it, so don't quote me)

 

roughly got quotations ranging between 500-600 per pax monthly, is this the market rate for Bangladesh workers or is there any other hidden fees?(the agency say no need pay work permit or any hidden fees, just need to pay 500-600 and provide lodging for the workers for the 3 mths)
