Donut Supercharged December 23, 2010 Share December 23, 2010 besides TCSS in MCF , avoid carbo food like rice. Carbo gives u a sudden rush of sugar in yr blood, but after awhile, you will feel damm sleepy. a smart lunch would be a simple sandwich and water...... Mantaone Neutral Newbie December 23, 2010 Share December 23, 2010 (edited) 1) After lunch go for a stroll or 2) Drink coffee or 3) Do a simple exercise. ( go toilet cubicle remeber must close door, stare directly infront, open your mouth wide till you can feel a slight strain on the neck. Do it for 10 - 15 times) This is for the vessel along our neck to "warm up bring blood to our brain" Detail technical term i cannot remember. Come back office, works wonders... See, wide awake now... You need some practice with power nap, if not will fall into normal sleep which will back fire. I think having a healthy lifestyle can fix that, such have keep to regular sleeping hours and exercising regularly every week, you will be surprise(or not) that you tend to feel very energentic all the time. Oh ya, of course need practice.. Haha, i remembered, slept in the car until like 3.15pm once, since lunch.. i think it was one of the 1st few time i tried power nap... But the night before also had a late night... And yes, exercise is important too... And if you all are PES C2 or below like me, with injuries, best is cycling and swimming... :)

Our body dips in alertness and vitality ard 2pm. it coincides with after lch time, so it actually has nothing to do with whether u eat or not. Its the natural cycle of our body.
