LTA should shorten COE bidding to only 1 day.

I think shorten to a day is reasonable, as COE "actual" start always last hour or half hour.

You can see the $1 mark can suddenly shootup to thousands,which 1 bid cost you $10....which you can see that....hardly the server crashes, unless is your own com la...but anything can happen.

But Singaporeans always complain no time all these, but in the end if it shorten, gradually, Singaporeans will stop and follow the law.

Just like all others government issues, eg. implement GST, people also complain, then now..all used to it liao..., implement 3/4 fuel tank go malaysia, in the end, no cars, then now?

 

My opinion why LTA makes it 3 days is to keep track of the bidders the 1st 2 days, surveying how many bids, then last day when it really starts, to make jumps so high up.

 

BUT ermm.....do you guys think that LTA also bid themselves? Like...all bidders bid $1, each dealers, agents and self-bidders try to increase by $1, it estimate out that, the most the bidding will go is till around thousands or even only $10k+. Maybe LTA notice and increase the bid, as so, people will bid higher to get the COE.
