Anyone play this thing before? Any review?

Saw it selling in toys'r'us...quite ex S$499.

Control via iPhone, can tilt in anydirection to control the flying. From the video quite cool.

But too bad there is no handson or demo unit to test at toy r us.

So before I get one...would like some local comments or review.

THe way it flies, I am guessing you can't bring it outdoors. I think slight wind will affect the flight path very badly.

 

Unless you got huge indoor space to play in, otherwise may not be advisable.

 

Looks damned cool though, y not search to see if it can fly outdoors, if can probably worth buying.

As long as running on 2.4 or 5.8 ghz, it should be IDA approved.

P.S I dont fly at CAAS approved sites so cant mention where I fly now.

May not be availabe in Singapore.

 

Alternatively, you may consider Bebop 2, available soon in Singapore.

I think the amazing part is the software and the SkyController.

 

The physical drone itself..... cost quite cheap leh... compared to what it's sold for.
