Cheap workshop located in Sin Ming for bumper repair + paint

Hi MCF, I forget what's the number and address for this cheap workshop located in Sin Ming industrial estate. It is run by an uncle, he specialises in bumper repair and painting for a very small fraction of money compared to other workshop.

 

I had my boot repaired by him 1 year ago. Some how, lost his number and address. Asking on behalf of my brother in law, as he got into a 50/50 accident with another party.
