i like the two very much but the biggest hinderance is

comparing the prices of Audi A8, Panamera, S300L, S350L, 730i, 740i, jaguar XJL and what they can offer..

 

Panamera will be my reluctant victor.. reluctance due to ugly rear design, but badge better value (badge whore here).

 

2nd one will be jaguar XJ.. super sleek and refreshing design, but only if its the 5L v8 version

 

3rd choice is the new A8.

 

bmw.. pig nose grille doesnt cut it for me.

 

s-class.. time for a new model soon.

 

but if im filthy rich, i'd get the AM rapide any day.

2nd will be 7 series

3rd will be XJ

 

after tested all of them

xj look best

7 series ride best

a8 best features

S class maybe status

panamera more to exoctic type moreover we cant compare panamera with S class type

should compare with CLS 350, audi A7 or Maserati Quattroporte

I would said the A8 have a long front overhang,+ due to the 4WD,the front wheels turning won't be alot,very difficult to drive/park in narrow road,small parking lots.
