i try 2 types from thailand and find it quite close to japan standerd, brand are NUTCANDY 200g in canister, KohKae 180g in canister.

Hi Bro. I used an agency to find me a local part time cleaner (not foreign maid, so its not illegal). You pay a one time agency fee of around $110.00, but I find that it is worth it because there is a contract and the cleaner cannot just leave without finding a replacement first. Using the cleaner every Saturday for over 2 years now. Saturday a bit more ex @$12.00 / hr, compared to weekday $10.00/hr. Very happy with the results.
