I believe all of us appreciate and very thankful if you report such observation to the Authority. You help make the roads safer for us. Many thanks.

Based on the slides, the Picanto driver knows his stuff if he reported the incident to the Authority later. On the other hand, the Civic driver either did not do NS, or do not know that he was using his own car as the catcher if he miss strike one (laugh)
