Arsenal certainly have the closest structure compared to Barce. That's why when John Henry took over, he commented that he likes the Arsenal's way of doing things. Good point. Ajax comes to mind. However, if you are competing for top honours domestically and in Europe, why would these players leave? Even if they do, you get good money out of them and you are really in a win-win situation.

Arsernal have a salary cap where else Barco dont. hence Most Arsernal young promising player, will want a move to other club for higher pay as they know, they will be binded by the salary cap.
