01-03 Sunny bro?

Same age as my Civic ES... but I rarely see those old sunnies leh. My aunt has one but not sure which year it is..

these 01-03 sunnys will most prob be scrapped when they hit 10yrs old...

actually i for plates ard SBX... then coe was $18800... it was like a rare chance yo drop so low then so many cars then renewed their coe... for now like dont make sense to spend 30-40k to drive back the old car... cause so many choices everywhere... but then last time they also renew leh... [dizzy]

i doubt any one will renew at prevailing COE premium

lets not talk about exoctic cars but rather the 'normal' cars on the road...

logically many new car owners will think the prevailing coe is mad now... but hey its where it used to b anyways...

government want to fill the roads quick... drop the coe $ lah... how else to tell ppl.. hey you go buy a car quick!!!! i need to make sure the millions i spent on my gantries are made back... (excluding the more $ to be made from season parking... coupons... fines.... roadtax... etc........)

I loved the design.. It was rather handsome , at that time. I honestly preferred this to the current Sunny..

Very true, really quite comfy and engine very quiet. Esp the 1.6L SS version. [:)] But i find Nissan cars engine quite quiet.

These are the infamous thirsty car... but very solid built... think more of less gone when petrol consumption become an impt aspect for car buyers....

not sure... but hardly any on the road now... those still around either in terrible condition cause going to scrap.... or was nicely taken care off before and dying slowly but still look ok...

actually last month till now i did see like 3 pretty good condition ones... maybe the coe prices now are making ppl take better care of their present car instead of 'just sell and get another lah' mentality...

i scrapped my previous coe car 1 year before the coe expired (SBU plate)... imagine if i had driven till the end which would have been this year... then i would be slapping myself looking for another car now... phew...
