Should I Ditch my MR2 for a Celica GT4?

Cause I feel like getting a AWD car. Did consider the Subaru GC8 but it cost more than the Celica. Then the Celica GT4 also limited edition so a bit attracted to that. Saw a few on sale as well. Maybe can get one in decent shape and spend some $$$ to do it up and renew COE.

Are there any serious problems with the Celica GT4?

GC8 Wrx is a classic. It was and is still my dream WRX.

Saw one on sale at Turf City a couple of months back with 400+bhp! My eyes gleamed. The GF's eyes gleamed. But alas, 40grand for a COE car! Not to mention insurance and my folks won't be too pleased.

Back to reality. Sigh.

Even though the GT4 is limited edition, I still see more of it compare to the MR2. So I guess if your MR2 is in very good condition, just stick to it. Unless you can really find a GT4 that is on par or better condition than you MR2.

What's your point? You don't own an MR2 - you ARE mini-itx. Why do you bother making up an alternate persona.

Do you have any proof that I am another forumer? If no proof don't anyhow talk.

Are you sure you want to be exposed? You may be irritating at times, but your knowledge on car-related issues is good, and you're willing to share. Don't think you deserve another ban, for now.

IMO the MR2 makes far better use of the 3SGTE than the GT4. I tested both before settling for the SW20 last time. The GT4's AWD saps too much power and makes the car so much heavier and even though you can remedy this through modifications, the SW20 was so much more fun to drive. I'm not quite sure of the point of the GT4 to be honest... it was a rally race car, and you don't get the conditions necessary for it to excel on the tracks nor is it that enjoyable on the road.

Well, seriously if you have proof that I am another forumer, you may feel free to post it. If you think I deserve a ban, you can also highlight it. I am just coming into a forum sharing my knowledge and chit chating, I have nothing to lose by not sharing it.
