It has no rear spoiler because it is NOT trying to look like a Honda type R and thank goodness for that!

Rear F1-type wing spoilers like the ones on the civic type R looks ugly and Ah Beng on any road car. They are for competition track cars and serves the purpose of increasing downforce to push the car to the ground for greater cornering speeds. The penalty is increased drag and fuel comsumption and reduced top speed So ain't it stupid to apply rear wings to road cars for daily commuting?

 

Even performance road cars don't come with rear wings. Ever seen a stock Ferrari, Lambo, Aston, Maser, Audi S series, R8 , BMW M division, AMG with rear wings?
