Headlight blown, how much and where to fix?

my stock osram bulbs are still working after almost 4 years !!

during the 2nd year, change to a pair of $70 Nightbreakers and yup, they "breaked" down together abt 11 mths later.

after that switched back to my stock and they are still working.

i wud suggest that everyone keep a spare pair in your car just in case your headlights blow so you can change immediately. Its very very dangerous to drive at night without the lights as i have discovered when it happened to me.

My Nightbreakers also blew after only a few months. I think ty r a rip-off. I now stay away fm Osram bulbs if i hv a choice.

I now prefer to stick with Philips as ty hv similar products but much better quality.

Hi all, anyone can advise or guide me?

Think my car hazard light is faulty. When i pressed on the hazard lights today, there are no indications at all. It could pose danger to other road users when I want to pull by the side or the road or even in the carpark when I spotted a lot.

Anyone can help? or know workshop to fix this fault?

u all happy happy DIY ah.. pls note not to touch the glass of the new bulb with ur bare finger. use a glove or just hold by base of bulb

that's in theory, cos the finger oil will cause uneven heating of the glass and bulb spoil very fast. i wun DIY my headlamp bulbs yet though it shd be relatively easy

Hi all, need some advice on cost of repairs, I was driving on the second right turn only lane when a lorry from the rightmost turnonly lane suddenly play punk and chiong straight, and din stop somemore when he hit. lucky i was only turned slightly out and the rear end of the lorry hit the right headlight at an angle that popped it right out. After checking amazingly the light was not damaged and engine untouched. I checked by turning on all the lights on my car and all the bulbs/blinkers are working.

Major damaged was a large scratch and dent on the area just above the right wheel and at the point of connection with the front bumper (Right)

front bumper just popped out on the right but still attached to car, the small circle at the end of the front bumper where it is attached to the metal was broken

Headlight was pushed way out but wiring and all bulbs still working.

Hood was scratched and dented by the right headlight popping out

The Honda logo/license plate area got pushed out a little and the small plastic piece in the middle just below the hood was broken.

Left side was fine and hood was not knocked out of alignment.

Any Lau Jiao can give a upper range and a lower range on cost of repairs in this case? attached some pics that i managed to takepost-82210-1293859181_thumb.jpg

Damm sian couldnt get the lorry's plate...

U can go down to Bukit Merah Lane 3, Blk 1004, there's a panel beating n spray paint shop (last shop at the end, shop facing the big open air carpark) Boss called Ah Choon. He's open today, just send my car to him this morning, to do some panel beating and respray.

if only bulbs, any workshop can do.... normal bulbs quite cheap, regular workshop may even change for free but if xenon or HID then different

Agree with you, some w/s give free if it is a normal bulb. Xenon is expensive, just changed only1 bulb and it is over 100 bucks.
