Xers007 Supercharged November 17, 2010 Share November 17, 2010 Was back at my mscp last night when i reached the 2nd floor, this friendly (not FT) car washer signal to me if i wanna park as another car was leaving the lot (my mscp is always very full and have to park until 5th - 6th floor at around 8+pm). So i park in and the he approached me to ask if i wanna wash my car. He quoted $35 per month wash every mon to fri and per wash $5, and even show his car washing permit. Seeing him always around my mscp washing other cars so i gave him a chance for per wash immediately he asked for another dollar for kopi money, so i gave him. He was so appreciative and give me a pat on my back. The next day when was back to my car, 1 wiper is up but my car is not touched at all, the coat of grime and dust is still on it, the rain mark still on the windows. The mud water mark still at the door. Was so bloody pissed but too bad was back late after work and didn't get to see him. I will sure confront him and F him big time. ↡ Advertisement

This washer really out of the line, cheat his way so different with one old malay uncle at my in-laws place who is so diligent in washing cars into the late nights. He move around with trolley with those big black bin fill with water and different cloths. He is the really pro one i ever encountered
Mazdaowner Moderator November 17, 2010 Share November 17, 2010 We, have onme "clown" as I would term him, over at my carpark, who "runs" the "syndicated" cleaning service, now you hardly see him, his wife does the washing, and they stay somewhere close to the carpark, the cars are "cleaned" and if only you can imagine for a moment, just how many cars were washed with the SAME bucket of water. Wow u can trust a stranger so much to let him wash your car, frankly for me I don even wan the petrol kiosk attendant to touch my windscreen, call me anal but if the car washer scratch my paintwork who will pay for it? I don go petrol kiosk to wash my car only car grooming shop or mostly I wash myself. FYI if u have grooming ur car going to petrol kiosk to wash, the shampoo they use Are very strong and you can bye bye to your wax/PPS.

Yeah this washer also has a lady with him helping to wash car sometimes.. he has a bicycle with a small pail of hanging by the side.. others i dont know but him i really believe he is one big wayang clown... but there is still others letting him wash their cars in month term... maybe i should print out a notice stick on the lift to warn others of his act... still feeling pissed when i didnt get to confront him yet... Mazdaowner Moderator November 17, 2010 Share November 17, 2010 Maybe a visit to the boys in blue and town council would make everyone's day. Confronting him, not advisable, as some undesirable acts might take place on your car when you're not around. I agree on this point. I have seem F T sitting alone on the kerb near the carpark entrance with bucket of water beside him waiting for "season carpark holder" to come home. It was coming to 11pm on certain occasions! I feel for them but still can't bring myself to let them wipe my car.

He will go to the petrol station downstairs to wash the car..... I will nvr do tat, cos I would rather wash myself.... My worst nightmare came true when my dad went to wash downstairs and I saw swirl marks on the bonnet the next day.... No choice as he is the car owner...
