The details of the November 2010 second open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) are as follows:

 

Tender opens: Monday, 15 November 2010, 12 noon

 

Tender closes: Thursday, 18 November 2010, 4.00 pm

 

Tender results: Thursday, 18 November 2010

(Available on the www.onemotoring.com.sg website)

 

The total quota available for this tender is 1,976 for the following vehicle categories:

 

NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:

 

Category A : Cars (1,600cc and below) & taxis 597

 

Category B : Cars (1,601cc and above) 480

 

Category D : Motorcycles 361

 

TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:

 

Category C : Goods Vehicles and Buses 205

 

Category E : Open Category 333

COE might still hover ard this price now, but after next feb when the COE quota cut, i wld think the price might go up!
