Notes not sync after upgrading Iphone 3GS to iOS 4

Hi Bro,

 

After upgrading to OS4 for my Iphone 3GS, I couldn't sync my notes.

 

I've disabled the following settings but it didn't help.

Setting --> Mail, Contacts, Calenders --> Accounts: turned off "Notes".

 

Have tried both settings, on and off, neither works.
