Motherboard issue, have it replaced.

when i turn on my laptop, it will auto off after a few minutes.

this process will last a few times. it will only remain on after several attempts.

and it will auto turn off in the middle of my work.

i dun think it is over heated, the laptop has not even warm up yet.

besides, i have a usb fan pad on.

laptop running window vista.

anyone experienced this before? scan virus nothing found too.

Neutral Newbie

thanks for identifying but how to make the mouse work?

Shutdown the laptop first and off the power.Take out the mouse from the usb slot and put it back again.Turn on your laptop. It should be detected by laptop unless your mouse is spoilt or your operating system corrupted.

either motherboard faulty or CPU battery (20cts coin size) flat

pray its the battery, otherwise be prepared to buy new PC if it's no longer under warranty
