Started out very old. Yes, is indeed the Michelin tyre thing.

 

Guy Savoy's is bloody expensive, from what I've heard. Something like $300-$500 for two.

 

It's not rated in Miele guide yet, maybe because it's new. For the same amount of money, I'd go to Iggy's instead.
