depends on whether you want atmosphere or you want nice food.

 

If you want atmosphere, privacy then i recommend fullerton bay hotel (although the service staff still a bit blur but they are polite)

If you want nice food then, it's a diff story altogether.

 

but I think for girl better go for ambience/atmosphere as long as the food doesnt make you puke

Zhi char food, but really waterfront.

by the water. nice ambience and can be very quiet.

 

only thing is no real food, just oysters and drinks
