STOMPer AlvinL was the victim of a hit-and-run car accident last Wednesday (Oct 20) and is appealing for eye-witnesses to come forward to help him claim justice.

 

The STOMPer gave more details:

 

"I was involved in a collision last Wednesday night, 20th Oct 2010, at around 11.25pm, along the PIE after the CTE exit near the Woodsville flyover.

 

"There were road works along the PIE that had already caused an accident.

 

"While I was going around the accident, a white van that was travelling too fast behind me hit the left rear end of my car with a bang.

 

"The van then sped off into Kallang way exit while I was stabilising my car.

 

"If anyone witnessed the accident or notices a white van with a damaged right front bumper, please come forward."

Should give chase to get close to van plate number otherwise have to pay own repair for car.. Hopefully there is someone spotted van plate number.

The driver was probably in shock to give chase. With so many CCTV on highways, should not be a problem to get that van. The regular roads are another matter as no CCTV.

some of the stompers are retards i feel... comments ignorant and insensitive....

Regrettable that hit and run got away with it. I believe that driver got no valid Driving Licence, so need to run after hitting the car. Just curious why own/drive a colour that is more likely to be hit by others in the dark/night?
