What is your exercise routine?

Since most people are busy, how do you formulate your exercise/training routine?

Also, what kind of exercise do you do?

1) Pushing my luck

2) Skipping lunch

3) Running from responsibilities

4) Pulling rank

5) Throwing my weight around

6) Lifting expectations

7) Climbing the corp ladder

8) Competing in the annual rat race

Makes a strong corporate man! [thumbsup]

I also play football routinely. I mainly excel in the deep midfield role with my wide range of passing the buck. Equally adept to play fox-in-the-box, claiming credits after the hard work of my colleagues. [scholar]

Used to be: every morning, stretch and warm up, brisk walk to a nearby hillside near my place, climb up and down 200m, jog back home, chin ups and sit ups on the way at a nearby fitness station, then punching bag exercises at home before cooling off. Today, the only exercise i get is steering, clutch in and out and changing gear, lol! Can't believe how unfit i've become after just over 2 years of car ownership. Of course, changes in schedule had more to do with it than anything else.

I'll just go to gym. Normally 3 times a week or min twice a week if schedule is really tight for the week. Will do approx 1hr of resistance training and 30mins or cardio..

Weekdays, if the weather permits, find time to go cycling after dinner

Weekends, if the weather permits, go cycling after breakfast (stopped cycling to work due to air pollution along the routes)

1hr gym 3 times a week

2hrs swim 2 times a week

cycling/jogging once a week

work can drain your energy away

but have to be disciplined... set aside 1-2hrs everyday for play.... having a partner who shares your passion is a bonus

2 times a week at gym, with deadlift once a week (no squats for me as I've knee injury). The rest of the routines are to strengthen the muscles used in swimming.

2 times a week swimming aerobic/anaerobic training. Normally I used hypoxic training during my aerobic routine.
