I was also interested to locate this fabulous cake designer. After watching the rerun of Food Specialist, I figured it out that she's based in West Coast and her phone number starts with 6777. Hence, I googled it and found her website:

I think she may be getting into trouble with NEA soon. She used her own personal car for delivery which is not allow in the show. You need proper delivery van with regulation and catering licence even to deliver. Unless customer picks up at her shop, different story.
