i still remember there was a gymnast in the neigbouring platoon in BMT....he did 28 chin-ups at his first mock IPPT....and it was talk of the town

meanwhile, i was struggling to do my second chin-up <_<

One of my platoonmates can do >30 but after the 10th standard chip up, he using his body to kick one. just like break dancing on the bar.......

after 3 yrs of not taking IPPT, i went to try doing chip up yesterday and to my surprise, i still can pull 3 times.......ha......but now can feel the pain on my both arms.

for those of you who no need to take IPPT anymore, go try chin up and sit up again. can feel age is catching up.

Used to be able to do more than 12... now can only do 5-6 comfortably.

Start picking up jogging and swimming again, it sure feel goods to feel the heart pumping again.

I'm 32.

I remebered once I was not called up for ICT in a very long time.

Before my ICT, I tried and got 3. At the end of the ICT, I did 11. Thats how many heavy things we carried!

There is a time limit on the chin-up station.

Ami I th eonly one who has improved since a ORD. During BMT, I can only do 6. Every lunch time always kena the "elite" squad for extra chin up practice before lunch. With the extra pratice, I still cannot improve.

Now 40's liao, can do 11.. Maybe I got skinny and weigh lighter.
