Rainman 1st Gear October 15, 2010 Share October 15, 2010 after 3 yrs of not taking IPPT, i went to try doing chip up yesterday and to my surprise, i still can pull 3 times.......ha......but now can feel the pain on my both arms. for those of you who no need to take IPPT anymore, go try chin up and sit up again. can feel age is catching up. Used to be able to do more than 12... now can only do 5-6 comfortably. Start picking up jogging and swimming again, it sure feel goods to feel the heart pumping again. I'm 32. Ender Hypersonic October 15, 2010 Share October 15, 2010 Ami I th eonly one who has improved since a ORD. During BMT, I can only do 6. Every lunch time always kena the "elite" squad for extra chin up practice before lunch. With the extra pratice, I still cannot improve. Now 40's liao, can do 11.. Maybe I got skinny and weigh lighter.
