Very disappointed that STOMP only showed the detained boy but not the naked PRC.

 

 

A STOMPer said a female Chinese national, who was apparently walking around naked in her HDB flat, locked a boy up in her flat after accusing him of peeping at her.

 

Said the STOMPer in an email to STOMP today (Oct 11):

 

"A 12-year-old boy was detained by a Chinese national woman in her HDB apartment for hours, and was only released when the police arrived.

 

"The incident took place at around noon yesterday (Oct 10) at Woodlands Drive 50.

 

"The woman was reportedly walking around the house naked with the main door left open.

 

"The woman insisted that the boy had broken the law by peeping at her naked body and should be punished.

 

"The police was called in and the woman released the boy eventually. The police officer then took her statement and left the scene.

 

"The parent of the boy was not at the scene throughout the whole incident."
