yup it's Neo Tiew estate... which now converted to SAF training ground... pls be mindful of the 'No Trespassing' sign as it is now a protected place....

It an abandoned small community at the junction of Neo Tiew Road with Lim Chu Kang road

It is at the junction of Neo Tiew Road by Lim Chu Kang Road. If you drive up Lim Chu Kang Road from PIE, you cannot missed it. It used to a small, very small community with a market and foodcourt. As what one bro said, it is now used by SAF as for training in Fighting In Build Up Area and is out of bounds, maybe, perhaps with permission from Mindef for photoshoot.
