Sofarsogood Clutched October 9, 2010 Share October 9, 2010 Hi all, Bought some potted plants a few weeks ago. This "fern" I thought was low maintenance type, water twice a day, outdoor type under sun. However, as days go on, it seems the plant is 'sick'. If you look at the lower part, the leaves have turned yellow and brown. It wasn't like this in the beginning. Was it due to (1) not enough sunlight (2) not enough water (3) soil not nutritious? ↡ Advertisement

Watwheels Supersonic October 9, 2010 Share October 9, 2010 It looks like an indoor type of plant that dun need direct sunlight. As the fern leaves are small & narrow they photosynthesis less Dan those big leafly plants. Try bringing it indoors or put at some corner to avoid direct sunlight. Example of Singapore with too much foreign talents? The pot represents Singapore + the plant represents the total population = overcrowding already Solution: transplant into bigger pot.
