In a new frontal crash test developed by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, the Acura TL and Volvo S60 earn good ratings, while the Infiniti G earns acceptable. The Acura TSX, BMW 3 series, Lincoln MKZ and Volkswagen CC earn marginal ratings. The Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Lexus IS 250/350, Audi A4 and Lexus ES 350 earn poor. All of these cars are 2012 models.

Seriously i didnt monitor , my current average consumption is about 10-10.5 litre per 100 KM

Hi Tks for reply. I suppose it's tuned right

10-10.5 is good for a T5.

That's the kind of FC I heard for the 2.0T

Asking as I'm looking at one but afraid that

It drink too much

As at Sunday yes. Today, not sure. But S60 is heading for a face lift. So ideally, u getting an old model. The new face lift has new insutrument dials like the S60 and and other goodies such as peddle shift.

any idea what's the price for s60 t4 now (not the gimmick price, maybe "cash price"?)

Saw quite a number of 2nd hand less than 1 year selling around 150+k... (higher than the SE's gimmicky price of 139999 etc).

Those 2012/13 cars are going to be be more ex than new cars; with the falling COE. They shd come together to get MAS give then 60 days rebate or something.

haha, don't think that's ever gonna happen.

What would be a realistic S60 T4 (registered in early 2012) resale value? Better to trade-in with Wearnes instead of selling outside?

Neutral Newbie

for volvo, i would advise to buy 2nd hand one coz resale value suxs.

What about the maintenance of 2nd hand Volvo?. Does it break down often?.

Gear wear and tear?. Timing belt expensive?. Service Fee high?.
