Jasminetwt Neutral Newbie July 11, 2013 Share July 11, 2013 Confirm they open 24hours..? Confirm they 24 hours. Just recently had a super bad experience with them. Anyone considering, really no need to bother. They provide the worst service I've ever seen! The "bosses" there don't do any work themselves, their job is only to collect money. Anything else, you need to check with the painters. The other day i sent my car for them to paint the front and back bumper. Due to urgency, and they open 24 hours, i just left it with them on a monday morning to do the job, hoping that i can get my car at the end of the day as promised. The place was very dusty and dirty. That's nothing, as compared to the job. The job was very badly done. Some of the spots were not cover. And the worst part is, the color was wrong! My car was gun metal grey Mitsubishi Lancer EX, and that idiot used a Hyundai paint to spray my car! den my bumpers has this yellow tone to it that looks really bad! Oh ya, i didn't mentioned. I only got the car on tuesday night. So when i saw my car, damn i was pissed! The boss just stood there n collect the money, i told him that it was done too badly, and color was wrong. He told me to check with the painter, who happen to be not around at that time. I demanded him to redo the job. Also, in order to not have it look too different, that idiot also sprayed my bonnet with the yellow tone paint! So the next day, my husband had to take a full day leave to send the car over again for the redo. This time by another painter. I would say this painter was much better than the previous one. Who wouldn't admit that he used the wrong color. He was more patient and detailed. But my hubby had to supervise while his sanding the car (not sure what it's called). However, after 2 weeks now, my car was still left unpolished. We need to use the car, that's why we had to finish the job urgently. But the boss can happily say that the staff took leave and was not back yet. and my hubby just called them earlier today, they say their staff is only coming back in another week. He told us to check back one week later. And up till now, we paid for the service, but yet to get it. No receipt given even after we requested it. It was a very unhappy experience. I would advise anyone considering them to forget about it. Kang Tan is the last place you want to go. We went there partly bcos of this forum also. I hope that no one else will get cheated by them. I hope i can have my car polish and nothing go wrong from there. Sorry for the long post. Just wanted to share my experience.

Deckbuild 6th Gear February 25, 2014 Share February 25, 2014 Yes. Only respraying the affected portion only. For my car I was being told I need to respray the whole door panel.... And I need to minimize the down time, there are alot of respray shop at my office here where I can leave it and walk to work, so I guess I will just do it here at Ubi but the thing is I want to know which are more reputable, pearl white moonglow (082) is quite a new colour, no idea they are able to mix or not.... Beregond Supersonic March 10, 2014 Share March 10, 2014 My car need to re-spray different colour paint from original Spicy red so would like to know where is the cheaper shop and normally how long is the whole progress? Prefer west area if possible. normally 1 week +- if change colour, i think min 1 k + anw my thought on panal beating and spray painting, dun go for the cheapest quote, look for more reput place, or recommended esp panal beating, some time they shortcut, they dun hammer out your dent, they put paste over it, polish and spray, look exactly the same, but after time it start to peel off. and spaying, very hard to compare price in the forum, if different car or paint, some time the mech like to say ZHEN ZHU, or pearl mean u look closely your paint got some sliver partical inside, those paint expensive, etc
