E class Cabrio

I assume you driving a 630 now? Do you know any maintenance concern for a 5yr old 630?

For cabrio, i guess i can only look at second hand market. I like 630 or saab93 which is about half the price compared to 6'er!

Standard Modern BMW bullet proof 6cyc engine.

if >50,000km change water pump as the pump valve is plastic and does disintegrate over time.

The whole maintenance work around this should be no more than $1500.

No other maintenance concern, just fuel up and drive. 260bhp at tap , 6+ secs on the sprint, outguns most cars in its class.

you'll love it. i still do.

but quite hefty price tag for most people as this is no matter what a car with OMV almost $80k

you have experience with saab?

Those selling is sgcarmart seems to have many owners...that makes me worry.

saab93, i would stay away from that. looks quite okay tho but the realibility is a biatch

Thanks pal! price tag is the key things here....20+k yearly depreciatin for a 5yr car is hard to bite.

no Dude, it wont be so much for the 630i coupe.

It should be about $17k dep per year.

in fact if you add in the body value which is at least another $20k - $30k . it will be even cheaper.

If you want to buy, maybe i will consider selling, but i must find a car that is more worthwhile buying than my 6er first......

Thanks pal! I'm casually looking for a cabrio but 6'er is too pricey for me. My 2 rides now each clock below 1k mileage per month. Just wanted to feel the air blowing above my hair once in a while...again.

A5 cab shapeline is really a beauty. E class is more comfy for all passengers and more high tech. A5 is faster and cheaper road tax

My sentiments exactly. You are paying more for the "looks" and not so much for the substance and whats under the hood....in terms of styling the E Class cab is in same cat as BMW E93 and Audi A5. But for the same amount of money you can get a higher capacity engine, more horses and a better gear box from BM and Audi.

Mercedes Benz overpriced,just 4 cyls turbo,204 Bhp,RWD,i would get the Audi's A5 soft top,with 3L-V6,333Bhp supercharged,& 4WD with that $$$.!

cheaper road tax for A5 cabrio? A5 Cabrio is 1984cc VS e250 cabrio which is at 1796cc.
