Toyota???

Anyway, go for car wash and see if that the wash can get the cement off.

And also, DIY yourself slowly not to scratch your car further.

Undercarriage, when at car wash, ask them nicely to spray jet water to try to remove cement lor.

If u cannot remove with water only the try to use some vinegar. Tried before and it works. Makes the cement soft again.

If the cement has cured then u can soak it in vinegar. I did that by wetting a tissue paper with vinegar then put it over the cement for a few minutes then rinse off. But u will have to polish the car again because the cement will cause some etching.

I am in construction and can definately tell you its removable [cool]

The small smalpatches would be mostly grout(water and cement) which are the easiest to remove.

The rest might cause some swirl marks or discolouration. [blush]

if your car has regularly been coated with a layer of wax or sealant or duragloass etc, then try soaking with car shampoo to remove. no need to add water, just splurt car shampoo on it. most cement on intermediary layer (i.e. bonded to your wax layer) should come off easily. For the rest, use hands pls. thereafter, definitely need to polish shine and coat again. remember, if you want to scratch, the most use your finger nails or rubber tip tools. gd luck.
