I am a driver & rider, just came back from riding & almost got knocked down by a pee brain driver

coming out of his parallel parking lot along Mandalay Road without turning on his lights and checking his blind spot.....

why got some vehicle's headlight and taillight not switched on at night de?

But when drive past them, saw their dashboard is lighted? So does that mean they forgot to switch on, or, was it on purpose?

Many years back on the eve of Hari Raya Puasa, a yound Malay man rode into my stationary car. Suspecthe was too dehydrated from fasting to ride safely? So lucky my car not damaged, neither was he hurt/his motorcycle damaged

Pee brain don't need headlight. If you have your headlight on, shine at him and I think he will not come out of his parallel parking. Unless ur motorcycle also no headlight on, or just the blue pole light on.

well...on a moonless night...it can get rather dark without street lamp in forested road....the primary solution is to drive slowly...the secondary solution is for brighter lights but then what are highbeams for....ha ha ha...comestic..no problem as long as it don't blind anyone.... [laugh][laugh]
