How good is Kia Picanto?

Hi,

 

I am a Picanto user for 3 year. First year, the clutch wire give way. Second year, 1st gear difficult to engage. now the booth lock spoi.

 

Know any place can get cheap and good sport rim and tyre ?

Noticed that with COE going up, the price of Kia Picanto is going down, Wondering if there is something i should know about picanto

 

 

its going down because they are clearing stock???

U cannot expect much since u r buying a korean car. [laugh] My cousin's Getz also same, many problems or shld i say "wear & tear" throughout the 4 yrs! [rolleyes]

Bad luck for you. I have been driving a picanto for 4 over years and to genting highland for almost 20 times...apart from servicing all is good...although 1st gear sometime is harder to engage when"cold" time. Log on the 3rd gear for realignment and back to 1st gear will do the job..... change the gear oil too as well...

picanto was voted as most reliable car in europe leh!

aiya who would wan to put their family in a super mini if they can help it? Its not only picanto ba...

 

True.. Got hair who want to be botak.

 

Ya not only Picanto got this problem. Actually most hatchbacks have very little between back passenger and bumper.

 

I saw 1 docu which crash test a 7 seater from behind with a lorry; with crash test dummies on the last seat.

 

The lorry's bonnet is practically on the passenger's head..

used for 5 yrs, good when using it as point A to point B. pick up is slow. other are pretty good. did not give me any problem.
