@Ender Yay, I registered for FM this morning with discount code 😊. I signed up for Pen C but my last marathon was a few decades ago 😅.

You need to clock mileage over time.

Don't go beyond HM mileage for training

HM? Beyond 10k km is asking for my life liao, but now maybe 50% discount, 5k km maybe I Hong kan liao. [laugh][laugh][laugh]

The link below is a scheduler if you want to use one of the free training plan program. For 18 weeks program, training starts in the last week of July, and 17 weeks program starts 1st week of August.

You need to built a comfortable 40km to 60km a week easy runs before the training starts.

I tried the Pfitzinger plan before,really hard, too much for me to handle. Hanson's method beginnwrs should be manageable.

Boss I oso can , going wiping table to table also got mileage too ….. must be at least 25000 steps a day 🤪🤪🤪…… can $pon$or me ??

Thought you run regularly ?

For me, my long distance have clocked down significantly since Covid as I stopped participating in running events.

I found joy in running at my own timing and at night. ie. no need to wake up at 4 am and be in a human crush at the starting point etc. 

Because of this, my running distances got shorter and shorter. Must say my legs ached a lot after running 10km which doesnt happen before.

Trying Saucony Endorphin series of shoes now...enjoying it too.

I cycle more nowadays.

Both of my running shoes has lost its elasticity due to lack of running.
