Read the front page news on TNP yest abt the crowd queueing for the upcoming K concert featuring SNSD, FT Island, Shinee etc...

I have to admit i am caught in the K fever for the last couple of mths. I'm sure some of u here swears by their soap dramas.

I'm more hooked to their varieties as they include guest appearances by singers, actors...

And it does not help that KBS and Arirang channels are free ^_^

My fav shows on KBS: 2D1N, Invincible Youth  , Star Golden Bell, Music Bank etc

Feel free to share :D

My favourite has to be Let's Go! Dream Team Season 2 and Happy together.

Yes, Happy Together is damn funny too.... but depends on who the guest is...

Last week was Shindong of Super Junior and Jiyeon of T-ara

Its ok... I'm well trained in reading subtitles for 20 yrs [:p]

I did not really like the show initially as it was all talk, no action.... My wife insisted that I watch and I never looked back since. Sometimes, we laugh so much, so loud that I think my neighbours must be thinking we are "siao". hahaha

For me. IMHO.

I think Kpop will die off like how Jpop died off.

Jpop fans with their 'stylo-milo japanese names',

but they all just suddenly become koreans.

U are prob rite... but i'm surprised Kpop is also very popular in J land itself [laugh]

Yalor, some of the Korean show are really funny. In fact, my wife has bought quite a few of them and been laughing throughout the weekend. She must be very happy [:p].

Local ones, still have pretty to catch up. and we don't have many pretty actresses too. Some of the more pretty ones are now Aunties already.

Their ideas are very innovative... have u ever wondered y there are no/not much commercial during the shows?

My guess is the koreans believed in doing advertising within the shows instead of earning via ads and distrupting our enjoyment... [:p]

Instinctively, I often look at what they drive in the show [laugh]. Majority of them drive their Korean brand cars. Occasionally saw a few conti or the Renault/Nissan/Samsung Motors car. Jap brands almost non-existence.
