Turbo charged Honda Engine?

Acura RDX has a 2.3 turbo engine with 240-hp . i wonder why acura can get a turbo engine but honda can't .

Surprisingly, Honda Type-R(FD) appeared in the World Top 10 supercars alongside with Porsche and others by Top Gear if correct and GTR wasn't in the list.

when u speak VTEC, u can trun Honda 60cc bike into 600CC super bike.. just need VTEC

Honda seems give up TC for their family car,

even if Vtec, also emphasize on "green" but not performance,

disappoint honda owners

Honda is very stubborn,

1. never use TC for its parpular car, even if TC is very parpular in Conti family cars

2. never forget Vtec for its parpular car, even if it's obviously outdated compare to Dual-VVTi, BlueDirect...etc

3. always FWD, even if 300bhp Type R,

4. never use Fuel Direct injection, even if FDI is very parpular in Conti family cars, even Toyota, Hyundai, Lexus all used in many popular cars.

Think GDI/TC will only start with their new range of 1.0/1.5/2.0 TC + vtec.

 

Read a review on the new Type R. Uses Brembo big brake kit, 19 inch wheels, 275/30 or 35.

 

Accd to tester, there was virtually no under steer despite the fwd. However 0-100 is 5.5 sec rather than the evo/sti 5.0.

 

I believe its due to limitation on traction while launching from standstill at high pm.
