uhhh changi airport? if you wanna go shopping often go invest in a simple wheelchair. more worth it as compared to restricting yourself to the few places that provides wheelchairs.

How long are you on crutches for?

 

I was on crutches once too. During that time I rather not trouble myself and just stay at home.

 

But Ikea do provide wheelchairs, yes.
