I might agree if one simply parked there and go away. But I was there, and his photo should show that. Is it illegal to wait at a double yellow line? I should think not...

so many excuses. you did the wrong THING and that's it. face the music

A photo is a static picture. Even a moving car, will be stationary in a photo.

Can argue on this point?

Unless got video evidence then LAN Lana?

The security guard won't be that stupid to take one pic only la. You see them take pic. They sure walk around and take a few angles to show your car position, road name and license plate. Can prove that you were there long enough for him to take those few pics. Surely must be stationary for quite a while.

Just now, at about 7:45 pm at the the small road outside Parkview Suites parallel to Rochor Road, a man in security guard uniform, which I guess should be that of Parkview Suites, took a photo of my car when I was waiting for my wife. After that, he walked away quickly towards other cars around the bend. I was thinking what the heck did he do it? Is he some kind of vigilante TP or what?

Yes, it is a double yellow line, but there was absolutely no problem of traffic obstruction. Ahead of me, there were two other cars PARKED there with no driver in sight!

The security guard who worked with the building, have the right to take photo of cars along the building he looks after. And refer to TP to action summon. I know this well, coz somewhere last year a good security man came to my car while stopping along a double yellow line along the building he taking care of. This nice security told me that his building management have asked him to take photos of cars park along just outside the building. So I drove away and paid a parking fee in the car park. -_-
