Tireburner 3rd Gear August 29, 2010 Share August 29, 2010 The buttons on the left of the steering for volume and mode, and those on the right for OBC display bear some resemblence to camry.
Friendstar Supercharged August 29, 2010 Share August 29, 2010 Honestly speaking, among lexus line up the is250 is one of the most well designed(exterior look) car among all car makes(minus supercars) for the last 5 years. It's got road presence. Only thing is that it's cramped inside. I bet 10 years on from now, it will be a classic & still be seen on the road in spore. err i would think the GS300 is the most well designed. i think the is250 is darn ugly. as compared to the BMW or Audi. i rather choose Mark X
Yaloryalor 5th Gear August 29, 2010 Share August 29, 2010 takes time ma.... For Jap cars, usually every 5 years will have a new model. Then within this 5 years about the 3rd~4th year will have a new FL. IS250 wants to FL 2 times?

Cerano 1st Gear August 29, 2010 Share August 29, 2010 in-Line 6 is naturally more sporty than V6.... V6 is calmer and more refined.... wrong... V6 is inherently imbalanced whereas IL6 is balanced.
Ferraricalifornia 1st Gear August 29, 2010 Share August 29, 2010 yah.... in terms of engine stability.... IL-6 is still better.... but V6 is that little bit more quiet and refined....
Car_listener 1st Gear August 30, 2010 Share August 30, 2010 Hi All, I have just bought a second-hand IS250 and am very happy with it. I don't find the steering light at all and it does have the road presence. Then again, there is this consistent tapping or knocking sound from the engine which I found irritating. Does anyone know why that is happening? Thanks!
