Anyone had problems with Certis Cisco Officers?

I share the same sentiments. I had an encounter with a Certis Officer who forgotten basic traffic rules by stopping beyond stop line and asked not to be taught what to do after being told politely.

Aiyah, those are typical jokers who fail to become real police and trying to act like one... for me, they are nothing but just a security officer. Not law enforcer.

They would have applied for permission from TP to park along the double yellow lines or continuous white line. Valid for certain time and location only. Same with parking along the road for church services. But other times, if you do not see other cars parking at those same location, it means it is NOT permitted to park. There is no sign to tell you when it is allowed to park. Only the mosque or church will know and advice their OWN congregation only.
