lol although not real picture but easier den to type out everything. Basically Car 1 is stationary waiting for me and Car 3 to cross because it was orange. And this idiot Car 2 juz shoot out in front of me without even bothering to check! wth man. seriously brainless. Car 1 is stationary = Oncoming traffic and he comes out with checking going at least 20-30 kph nearly hitting car 3 and causing me to nearly hit him.

That was what I was doing.. I got my foot on my brakes alr cos i cant see. If not think i would have hit car 2.. lol.. too dark and I was stuck in junction on red light. So faster switch to left lane and move off din bother to look at the driver. I din even have time to use horn lol..

 

Hmmm.....bro if u really bang the car and u got no camera installed.......i think 50/50.....cos the car can claim that u beat red light.........haizzzz

hit him? why go against ur own insurance. such case 50-50 and not forgetting injuries and vehicle downtime.

size does not matter. Minor road traffic should stop before the stop line even if there is no traffic along the main road

Suspect such drivers drink-driving or handphone-driving. One morning a drunk driver almost hit my car. I was waiting to do U-turn. After the U-turn, I saw he already hit two trees along the island divider. I parked into a parking lot to investigate if there was any casualty(ies) in need of help. Saw TP helping the driver to stand still (too drunk to stand still)

Always horn like turning around a blind corner if there is no traffic light control junction when you see only one vehicle in the minor road (sometimes that driver suddenly accelerate from standstill with red light into your path, for any reason). Along Gul Way vicinity this is quite regularly notorious practice of some drivers, they waited till you are short of braking distance before accelerating into the main road irregardless of the red traffic light (too surprised to note the vehicle numer for reporting to the Authority)

My friend went on green and a lady driver beats red. Crashed and TP came.

Women driver was apologizing to my friend and said, sorry, I didn't see you.

My friend scolded her and when TP is by their side, my friend insist TP to take her statement.

TP replied, since no one is hurt, I wouldn't take statement.

Later, her huddy came and asked my friend, why did you beat the lights????

 

Friend's car total lost and had to buy another one. But with the current HIGH COE? Not worth to buy a car....

Buy a camera also no use like the case of adrain.... Driving in Singapore is like fighting a war....

Your friend made police report and insurance report. Claim for damaged car replacement against the other party?

i was in the same scenario many yrs back.. at cross junction was going straight and lights on my favor, pickup truck turn ignoring red for him

banged and driver lied in his statement.. end up insurance 50-50.

lucky didnt drive fast or else will be totalled or even meet my maker..

 

since then, learnt to make sure i slow down approaching junctions.. and never move off (don't assume) if u can't see what's beyond.. agree from other bros that some junctions are flawed..
