And this idiot Car 2 juz shoot out in front of me without even bothering to check! wth man. seriously brainless. Car 1 is stationary = Oncoming traffic and he comes out with checking going at least 20-30 kph nearly hitting car 3 and causing me to nearly hit him.

I don't think its 50-50 bro. The right turning car would have borne all the blame if TS really hit him. Got a friend who tries to right turn but got hit. 100% fault.

normally, if experienced driver saw car 1 from a far distance, but cannot see the hidden car 2, one will slows down, mentally ready to jam brake/ high beam/ horn, if hidden car (car 2) suddenly appears, surge forward or try to chiong...standard defensive driving skills.

 

yes, car 2 made a wrong judgement & chiong, found himself trapped, no choice but to stop in the middle.

 

live and let live, sometimes, someday we may be in his position, for a slip of our own judgement.

That was what I was doing.. I got my foot on my brakes alr cos i cant see. If not think i would have hit car 2.. lol.. too dark and I was stuck in junction on red light. So faster switch to left lane and move off din bother to look at the driver. I din even have time to use horn lol..
