IF your engine don't need 50wt oil, yes, you can use it.

 

Bro where u buy Amsoil oil in SG? I mean who are the authorise distributors? Mind sharing? Tks.

Bro, if your TC car is new (about <80k), you can use xW-40 EO.

else, recommend you to use xW-50 EO.

 

mcf bro, already mentioned the place to purchase.

i also go there and buy one.

been searching around for cheaper price but to no avail.

M X is still the cheapest among all. =p

i using this for lancer cs3...got it as it was the only available amsoil 5w40 in the shop..the oil is too thick for jap cars is all i can say... SSO shd b better..

Tks for ur feedback. I did a google search and found this website: http://www.cruxoil.com Anyone bought from them? Just wondering who is the authorise distributor in Singapore?

He mentioned its turbocharged. Thus thicker oil is necessary. Unlike NA engines, clearances in TC engines are higher to accomodate expansion (more heat from TC engines). Also need to lubricate and cool the Turbo unit as well. Thus cannot be too thin.

i thk mayb...cos it make the car very heavy...and not tat quiet too..in fact my last carl*be seems more suitable for our car..
