Would properties near MRT stations command such a premium pricing as today when this materializes?

Well, less. But then, being near to a 'good' MRT station will get a higher premium then.

 

I hope this happens. Less people needs cars. Either you become one that doesn't need it (good) or there are less cars on the road (good).

woah more stations to choose to jump down....and the comfort thing is, if one person jumps down 1 station, at least we have alternate routes to take the train.

Less demand for cars...definitely.

btw,

SMRT licence was shorten to 15yrs tenure

 

should have multiple companies competitng for business next time i think

 

like Japan, major player is JR

still got a few small players
