Chewbacca 1st Gear August 18, 2010 Share August 18, 2010 Would properties near MRT stations command such a premium pricing as today when this materializes? Well, less. But then, being near to a 'good' MRT station will get a higher premium then. I hope this happens. Less people needs cars. Either you become one that doesn't need it (good) or there are less cars on the road (good).
Babyt 4th Gear August 18, 2010 Share August 18, 2010 woah more stations to choose to jump down....and the comfort thing is, if one person jumps down 1 station, at least we have alternate routes to take the train.
