Iluvlotus Neutral Newbie August 19, 2010 Share August 19, 2010 (edited) I go to Dr Lim at Singapore Chiropractic. Not sure if I got the link correct (PS. I am still learning how to use this forum thing.) Anyway its next to Cycle and Carriage, near my place and he definitely helped my back get better. I won't say cheap but 80% better by second visit, so for me was worth it and stopped my pain killers. Last time I went was on Sat morning but you can call to check. GoodCar 4th Gear August 20, 2010 Share August 20, 2010 It was an eastern art with a western packaging. I once saw some Angmo learning this art in a hospital at Beijing. I think someone Re-package it and it become an Ang moh Art and charge sky high price.

Darthrevan Supercharged August 21, 2010 Share August 21, 2010 very expensive to be precise..a visit costs ard $85..with package is abt $5k/year including x-rays..but most impt it works and improve my health. of coz if u can exercise, eat healthy foods, take supplements yourself best. on my 2nd year already..fall sick less than 2 times a year (dunno is food or exercise or chiropractic)
Iluvlotus Neutral Newbie August 21, 2010 Share August 21, 2010 I don't think anything replaces exercise. But even a great car needs a tune up at least twice a year from all the traveling. Price if I have my way, I like it to be about $20? Wait long long, even chinese sinseh cost $40-$50 per visit. It's where we place the value that determine if what we spend is worth it. Some don't even wink when they pay $30.000 for a piece of COE, just to be entitled to pay some more to buy a car. Doc Tim does not do $5000 packages. For me 2 visit did the job, I just go back once in a while to get a check. For me, $170 later I don't have pain now so for me that is value.

Good-Carbuyer 1st Gear August 24, 2010 Share August 24, 2010 Anyone has experience with Chiropractic? Any good recommendation at reasonable price with convenient timings (operating hours in the evening/Sat/Sun)??? Upon arrival at Kuantan, the moment my 70+ mum got out of my car, she was all-ready to explore the place eagerly. However, many passengers in Japanese cars were a little tired and stretching their back or had slight backache I believe the adjustable lumbar support on the front seats of my car helped. Many/most of the Japnese cars do not have much lumbar support. Perhaps it caused regular users chronic back problems, too. Do feel free to DIY back support by placing a rolled uo face towel between your back (waist-level) and the backrest Anyone with better ideas to share? Kangadrool Supersonic August 24, 2010 Author Share August 24, 2010 My current conti car has good back support, but the headrest CMI - cannot be adjusted forward and it's leaning too far back for Asians. Tried using dog-bone pillow, but CMI (not firm, runs about).
